Calculates Adjusted Body Weight (AdjBW) from actual weight, ideal weight, and a correction factor for drug dosing in obese patients. For drugs with moderate lipophilicity, AdjBW = IBW + 0.4 × (ABW – IBW) is the standard pharmacokinetic correction.
