Calculates the daily caloric deficit needed to reach a target weight in a specific number of weeks, and checks whether the deficit is safe (>1,200 kcal/day minimum). A 500 kcal/day deficit theoretically produces ~0.5 kg/week loss — the actual rate varies with metabolic adaptation.
