Calculates tissue oxygen delivery (DO₂) from cardiac output, haemoglobin, and oxygen saturation, and oxygen consumption (VO₂) from arteriovenous difference. Normal DO₂ is 1,000 mL/min; critical DO₂ is approximately 330 mL/min — below which oxygen consumption becomes supply-dependent.
