Estimates body fat percentage from bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) measurements of resistance and reactance at 50 kHz using population-specific equations. BIA accuracy: ±3–5% body fat vs DEXA (gold standard) — hydration status affects results significantly; measurements should be taken under standardised conditions.
