sci.contact-angle-wettability Calculator
Calculates liquid-solid contact angle from sessile drop dimensions and Young's equation: cos θ = (γ_SV − γ_SL)/γ_LV. θ < 90° is hydrophilic (water wets); θ > 90° is hydrophobic; θ > 150° is superhydrophobic (lotus effect) — lotus leaf contact angle ≈ 160° due to micro/nanoscale roughness.
