Calculates drip emitter flow rate from emitter coefficient, pressure, and exponent: q = kP^x, and lateral hydraulic design for pressure variation. Pressure-compensating drippers maintain constant flow ±5% over 100–350 kPa — field pressure variation must be < 20% of design pressure for ≤10% emitter flow variation.
