sci.kaplan-meier-survival-estimate Calculator
Calculates the Kaplan-Meier survival function and median survival time with Greenwood variance estimate and 95% confidence intervals. Log-rank test p-value < 0.05 indicates significantly different survival curves — Cox proportional hazards regression adjusts for covariates the K-M method cannot control.
Inputs
T1 Days
Duration of the process. Make sure units match the rate inputs (seconds, minutes, or hours).
Event1
Reference formula or conversion factor shown for context.
T2 Days
Duration of the process. Make sure units match the rate inputs (seconds, minutes, or hours).
Event2
Reference formula or conversion factor shown for context.
T3 Days
Duration of the process. Make sure units match the rate inputs (seconds, minutes, or hours).
Event3
Reference formula or conversion factor shown for context.
Results
S(t1) — survival at day
The value at the specified point or condition.
S(t2) — survival at day
The value at the specified point or condition.
S(t3) — survival at day
The value at the specified point or condition.
estimated median survival (days)
The middle value of the sorted dataset.
Kaplan-Meier: S(t) = Π(1 − di/ni)
Sample size or count used in the calculation.
