Calculates enthalpy of a target reaction by adding and reversing known reactions using Hess's law: ΔH_net = ΣΔH_i. Enthalpy is a state function — the path doesn't matter, only initial and final states — so reactions can be combined algebraically to find unmeasurable ΔH values.
