Calculates lower body peak power from vertical jump height using the Sayers equation: P = 60.7 × (jump_height_cm) + 45.3 × (body_mass_kg) − 2,055. Elite volleyball players achieve jump heights > 60 cm and peak power > 4,000 W — the vertical jump is the simplest field test of explosive leg power.
